Bullard Residence. This 6,100 square foot custom home is located in St. Petersburg, Florida and features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a leisure room, den, bonus room, theatre room and a three-car garage. This custom home required us to maximize square footage on a tight waterfront site while creating living spaces that allow the homeowner to entertain, yet keep his family living spaces separate. This project took a unique approach to accomplish our homeowner’s needs. The split garages allowed us to help separate these spaces while taking full advantage of the Gulf views. Cabinetry throughout the home conceals a large walk-in pantry and a wet bar. The rear of the home features covered lanais, multi-level seating and deck areas encompassing an exquisite pool that provides an impressive entertainment area.
