Custom
Tripp Residence. This 5,200 square foot custom home is located in St. Petersburg, Florida and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a leisure room, den, dining courtyard, covered verandas, play room, retreat and a three-car garage. Due to the high cost and demand of waterfront property in the Bay area, views of the water were the primary focus during the design of this custom home. Though defined as a two-story home, the second floor utilizes multiple levels and an open floor plan that give the illusion of a three story home. Each and every room has been strategically placed to allow magnificent vistas from within every space. The elaborate ceiling details and interior architecture amplify the beauty of this home - from the 15’ tall double groin vaulted ceiling in the master suite to the heavy, ornamented wood beams above the large center island in the kitchen. The upstairs den even has a balcony that overlooks the living room where you can see just how evident rich wood is used throughout the home. The interior features stained wood on the doors and windows, cabinetry, trim and flooring in various parts of the home. The exterior features stained wood soffits and ceilings in the covered verandas and cabana below. Together, this home provides a family living on the water the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views with an open floor plan that allows for frequent entertaining.
