Lloyd Residence. This original home design was outdated and overlooked a field of trees - ignoring the beautiful Gulf Shore views. We reoriented the Palm Harbor, Florida home and added nearly 1,300 square feet to the existing 2,000 square feet of living area. This new design not only features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a morning room, den and a three-car garage, it also boasts a dramatic arched entry and a spacious, multi-level interior that overlooks the water and introduces plenty of natural light. The master suite is a true retreat and features a private balcony, a dressing room and a dream bath with a stunning floor-to-ceiling slate steam shower overlooking the water.
A deck spanning the rear of the home, combined with the pool, spa and cabana level below, offer the perfect setting for entertaining and a prime vantage point to take in the sunset on the Gulf Shore.
